Pricing FAQ

The questions we get asked most.

  • It is the floor for that package — the price for the canonical scope. Most engagements end up at or near the floor; the exception is when the brief expands during discovery, in which case we re-quote in writing.

  • A scope change is documented, costed, and signed off before any work starts. We will not surprise-bill.

  • Stripe (Visa / Mastercard), Paynow, EcoCash, bank transfer (USD or ZWG), and bank-issued invoice billing for enterprises.

  • 50% upfront when the contract is signed and discovery starts; 50% when you sign off that the agreed scope has shipped. We do not invoice for the second half if the scope has not landed.

  • For larger engagements (Enterprise) yes — monthly draws against a capped budget. For Starter / Business it is two payments.
