These terms govern your use of www.synvastech.com, operated by Synvas Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the site

You may use the website for lawful purposes, including reading our content, requesting information, and submitting an enquiry. You must not attempt to interfere with the site’s operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use scraped content commercially without permission.

2. Engagements

Pricing shown on the site is indicative. Any engagement we undertake will be governed by a separate written Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the site — logos, copy, photography, code samples, dashboard mockups — is owned by Synvas Technologies (Pvt) Ltd or used under licence. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. Larger reproductions require written permission.

4. User submissions

By submitting information through any form (contact, brief, careers), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that information for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and delivering any subsequent engagement, in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Case-study statistics are based on real engagements but specific outcomes depend on the buyer’s context and we cannot guarantee comparable results.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the website is limited to ZWG 1,000 in total. This limit does not apply to liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harare.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. We will post the new effective date here. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
