The shape of a typical Tuesday.
- 08:30Engineering stand-up. 12 minutes max. Show what shipped, name what is blocked.
- 09:00Deep work. No meetings before lunch unless a client deploy demands it.
- 12:30Team lunch on Tuesdays — we cover it. Other days, you do you.
- 13:30Client window. Demos, calls, design reviews.
- 16:00Internal craft hour — tech talks, pairing, design crits, learning.
- 17:30Wrap. We are deliberate about not glorifying late nights.
