Data Engineer (Intelligence Practice)
Build the data layer that backs every BI dashboard, predictive model and AI feature Synvas ships. Postgres, dbt, Python, and a strong sense for data quality.

What you'll do
- Design and build dbt models on top of client data warehouses
- Stand up reliable data pipelines (Airbyte, custom Python, Kafka)
- Define and maintain a metric library per engagement
- Operate as the data quality gate before BI / AI features ship
- Collaborate with the AI Practice Lead on RAG ingestion pipelines
What we're looking for
- 3+ years building data pipelines in production
- Strong SQL + Python; comfort with dbt or equivalent
- Postgres / Snowflake / BigQuery exposure
- Track record of debugging stale or wrong data calmly
Nice to haves
- pgvector / Pinecone / Weaviate experience
- Streaming experience (Kafka / Kinesis / Pub/Sub)
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation and benchmarking
