Brand Designer
Design the brand systems for our clients — and keep ours sharp. Identity, web, deck, social. You will own design end-to-end on 4-6 projects per year.

What you'll do
- Lead identity engagements from positioning workshop to brand book
- Design web pages and dashboards in lockstep with engineering
- Maintain and evolve the Synvas brand system on the public site
- Produce decks, one-pagers, social assets to a consistent quality bar
What we're looking for
- 3+ years designing brand systems for B2B or institutional clients
- Strong type, layout and colour fundamentals
- Figma fluency at component-library level
- Portfolio of shipped work, not just concept reels
Nice to haves
- Experience working alongside engineering teams
- Motion / Lottie experience
- Comfort with visual storytelling for African / regional audiences
